Returns and Refunds

Building Customer relationship / trust with fair and satisfying process is our goal.

To me this a reality, one of the services we offer is a 7-day return policy on all Products. If the received product is not damaged or defected or incomplete, then you can initialize return procedure by sending the pictures to us by email or WhatsApp. Kindly mention the order ID in your request.

Our delivery team will review the details and will arrange a pickup accordingly.

The product will not be eligible for return if:

  • You did not like the product after opening the package OR changed your mind after purchase OR you no longer have a use for the product.
  • Size of a fashion product does not fit.
  • The product is damaged after use.

To raise a return request, customer should make sure:

  • The product should be returned as it was received by you.
  • The product should not be used in a way that its originality is altered.
  • The product should be returned with all the accessories received with the product.

The product will be replaced, or money will be refunded as a voucher depending on the request.

Pre Orders

Under HalluDukan umbrella, we allow our customer(s) to buy anything virtually.

Our Team available at various stations, can buy any item you want and ship to your drop step.

Procedure

  • Send us the link of the selected item(s) over WhatsApp or email
  • We prepare a quotation for your shipment and send to you for confirmation.
  • After confirmation, customer needs to pay 50% of quoted price.
  • The item(s) will reach you in around 4-5 weeks.
  • The remaining amount can be paid as COD or as per agreed terms.

Assembly Services

  • At the moment, we don’t offer assembly service for any location.
